En este taller de dos días de duración trabajarás junto a una psicóloga especialista en escalada y un guía de escalada profesional con más de 20 años de experiencia.
En conjunto trabajaremos todos los aspectos del miedo y principalmente el miedo a caer. En un ambiente controlado realizaremos caídas (solo si tu quieres) y analizaremos los factores de riesgo. Te daremos todas las herramientas para que puedas gestionar mejor el miedo durante una escalada y puedas superar esa barrera que te frena.

I had a great experience today climbing with Giordano in Garraf! Just driving to the location was beautiful and the views once you reached the top were spectacular! I felt very safe with my instructor and he balanced making sure I had fun with safety, which you could tell was his priority. He was so encouraging throughout my climbs and made me feel good about what capabilities I had. I will be looking into taking a course with southclimb now and would recommend them to others. Santi hosted 5 of us amateur climbers in Siurana for 5 days, most of whom had never climbed outdoors before. We felt so safe with Santi as a guide, and he was able to provide climbing support as well as local recommendations (and jokes) at the same time! We all definitely leant a lot from him.

Just finished the 2-day multi pitch course. Excellent experience with our coach Santi, who is a professional and very experienced rock climber and alpinist.
We were taught all the techniques and logics to complete a multi pitch route in the mountains (the second day in Montserrat is amazing!).
We also had many nice small talks about risk management, how to start climbing multi pitch for beginners, etc.. Very nice people and vibe here ;)

We had an amazing first experience thanks to Southclimb. Santi was extremely kind, helpful and attentive - he's a super friendly and dedicated instructor. We will come again and we will definitely call him back and, of course, we would recommend his services to anybody who is looking for good vibes while learning and having fun.
I organised a 4hr climbing session in Siurana for 10 children (mostly aged 8-9) and Santi was super easy to communicate with and organise everything remotely. He arranged 2 guides, all the equipment, safe briefing and everything you would need for a half day of fun climbing. The kids really enjoyed themselves and learnt so much along the way. Some were beginners, others had climbed before and the guides were very helpful and supportive. I highly recommend Southclimb and we can’t wait to go climbing with them again.
