Montserrat también es una montaña conocida por la escalada. Cuenta con miles de vías equipadas, tanto de escalada deportiva como de pared o varios largos. También es conocida por sus emocionantes vías ferratas y canales técnicas.
Cerca de Barcelona, además de Montserrat, existen otras escuelas de escalada conocidas, como Subirats, Gelida o Vallirana. Todas estas zonas cuentan con multitud de vías para la escalada de iniciación y escogemos una zona u otra para realizar los cursos de iniciación a la escalada en función de cada época del año. Siempre escalamos vías aptas para todos los participantes en el curso de iniciación, en sectores con pies de vía y aproximaciones cómodas. No nos olvidamos de la belleza del entorno. Además de iniciarte en la escalada podrás disfrutar de un día inolvidable en la montaña.

¿Donde se realiza el curso?
El curso se realiza en zonas de escalada en roca cercanas a Barcelona. Dependiendo de la época del año y la meteo, escogeremos el mejor sector para realizar la actividad y garantizar la seguridad y diversión de todos los participantes.
No tengo coche, ¿cómo puedo llegar al punto de encuentro?
Según la zona del curso, es posible que puedas llegar en transporte público hasta un sitio cercano y el guía te pueda recoger para acercarte hasta el punto de encuentro. De todas maneras esto se coordina en cada caso particular.

Santi is the best climbing guide you can imagine. As a reference, we two are 6a-7a climbers, but we wanted a local guide to help maximize efficiency in a foreign area. He was highly recommended to us by a friend who Santi guided a few months back, and he was as wonderful as described. He takes his role as Guide seriously and comprehensively, from helping you plan ideas for areas to concentrate on, considerations of weather and season, logistics for where to stay and how to get there (he picked us up one day, and we met him in our car another), as well as making himself available to help with any other questions or needs for the trip as a whole (not just the climbing part).
