Durante el curso veremos las maniobras y protocolos fundamentales para realizar un autorescate de manera segura y eficiente:
- Cómo ascender y descender por la cuerda.
- Cambio de sistemas y transferencia de cargas.
- Izado de un compañero.
- Maniobras de rescate en rápel.
- Resolución de situaciones reales en pared.
Este curso está dirigido a escaladores con experiencia básica en vías equipadas.
Los participantes deben:
- Saber asegurar con GriGri y Reverso.
- Saber rapelar de forma autónoma.

El curso se realiza en La Mussara (Tarragona), una de las zonas más emblemáticas para el aprendizaje técnico en roca.

Carolina, our instructor, was a lot of fun, kept morale high despite the unexpected bad weather conditions. She supported me with all my questions about climbing and pushed me to trust myself more.
