Las 20 mujeres clasificadas para los Juegos han competido el miércoles 4 de agosto en la clasificatoria combinada femenina, en las magníficas instalaciones del Parque Deportivo Urbano de Aomi, en Tokio.Con el mismo programa que en la jornada anterior para la categoría masculina, la competición ha empezado con la disciplina de velocidad, a la que han seguido el boulder y la dificultad.Tal y como se preveía, la clasificatoria femenina ha tenido un nombre y un apellido por encima de los demás: Janja Garnbret. La eslovena ha brillado con luz propia en el boulder, aunque atletas como Brooke Raboutou, Chaehyun Seo y Akiyo Noguchi han dejado claro que no se lo van a poner nada fácil en la final del viernes 6 de agosto.

He knows the areas so well and of course knows how to choose the walls that are in the shade or in the sun for whatever time of day or season you are climbing. My goal coming to Spain was to get out for a couple days rock climbing with my family. I’m a fairly accomplished climber but the mechanics of trying to take the family out on my own. Mariano our guide was the perfect example of what a guide should be, he was quick to set up and take down the climbs, had the perfect eye for challenging but achievable routes for the family, was friendly, great with the kids, a just an all around good guy. I can’t recommend this company enough, and am already planning my return trip to Spain to climb with them.
