ABOUT US

We are passionate about the mountains. We've been part of this world for over 20 years, and our greatest passion is sharing our experience, helping you achieve your goals and providing a safe and fun environment in which to learn.

We believe that, as guides, we have both the responsibility and the opportunity to pass on the right values for the environment we work in. We respect the mountains and the natural world in the broadest and strictest sense of the word, and we pass these same values on to all our clients.

Our Mission

To provide a top-quality service, personalized and adapted to the needs of each participant. To create a safe and fun environment in all our activities, where participants can enjoy a unique and enriching experience.

To generate the least possible impact on the environment in each of our activities, respecting both nature and other outdoor enthusiasts. That's why we keep our guide-to-client ratios to a minimum and stay constantly informed by locals about access conditions, restrictions, and overcrowded areas.

To stay constantly updated and trained in the latest guiding and instruction techniques. Our professionals have trained at official schools, following the current training programs for each discipline.

Our Guides

Santiago Valerga – Climbing and Mountain Guide

Santiago Valerga is a climbing and mountain guide with over 25 years of experience in the vertical world. Throughout his career he has guided and climbed in some of the most renowned destinations on the planet, such as Colorado (USA), Yangshuo (China), Tonsai (Thailand), Kalymnos (Greece), and Argentine Patagonia, building a global vision of climbing and its different disciplines.

His technical training covers multiple mountain specialties: ski instructor, ski mountaineering guide, rock climbing guide, and mountain guide.

He trained both in the United States and in Spain, integrating different methodological approaches and safety standards into his professional practice. Among his ascents are some of the most iconic walls and mountains in the world, such as El Capitan and Half Dome in Yosemite, Fitz Roy (Cerro Chaltén) in Patagonia, and La Esfinge in Peru. These experiences have shaped his style: technical, efficient, and deeply respectful of the environment.

In addition to his field experience, he has training in first aid, avalanche prevention and rescue, reinforcing his commitment to safety in the mountains. He has also competed nationally and internationally as part of the Argentine sport climbing team, providing a solid foundation in performance and technical progression.

Passionate about the mountains and climbing, Santiago is dedicated to passing on knowledge clearly and in a structured way, helping each person progress safely, efficiently, and mindfully. His approach combines technique, experience, and personalized guidance so that every student or client can reach their full potential on the rock and in the mountains.

Excellent!

(Translated by Google) I did the long route course with Santi and the experience was excellent, with great emphasis on safety and all the factors to take into account when planning a long route and the necessary manoeuvres. The practice day left us to work and find our way on our own, intervening when necessary and always keeping a watchful eye that everything was done safely. Always with good humor and good treatment, which is not less in situations of nerves and tension. Thank you so much!
Muchas gracias!
