Muchas de sus cimas solo pueden coronarse escalando, la forma más elegante de llegar hasta el punto más alto. Las vistas desde las cumbres de las agujas son difíciles de explicar: es mejor vivirlas en primera persona.
Vías como la Carles o la Adrià en el Gorro Frigi o la 98 Octanos a la Magdalena Superior son algunas de las más repetidas. En la Magdalena Inferior encontramos la Rantaplan y en la Gorra Marinera se destaca la vía Sargantanes.
